Dear Full Potential Trainers:

“I would like to share my success story with everyone. My son Joseph has the biggest heart and thrill to play Baseball, his favorite sport in the world. As a working parent I have devoted my time to make every baseball season possible for my son. Children develop a great sense of leadership, team work, and growth development in any great sport. As we all know this starts from the top. I would like to thank the coaches and for their much dedicated time and efforts. They have done a wonderful job in the development of their team members. Every child is special and has strong and weak points. The coaches take their time to give individual attention to each child to help build character, working on refining the areas that need the most improvement. The coaches go above and beyond their extreme for each child teaching them sportsmanship and how to become the role models of tomorrow”..

“The experience my son Matthew has encountered while working with Joe Lane and Ed Watson not only improved his baseball skills and knowledge of the game but has positively affected him as a well rounded athlete. They are teaching Matthew how to think about the game he is playing and where he should be and how to react to the situation. When my son is being trained, he is in the classroom; the only thing missing is the chalkboard. I see continuous improvement in Matthew’s playing ability each time he is on the field because of their instructional concept. But, the field is not the only place I see improvement in Matthew. Joe and Ed both encourage Matthew to excel in the classroom and life as well, allowing him to grow as an athlete on the field and off the field to help shape him into a positive young man with a bright future. Matthew and I both look forward to his development under – Full Potential”.

“I cannot begin to tell you how much you and Ed have made an impression on Michael. Not just in his abilities in baseball, but his overall character and confidence. The way you guys build him up and how you go above and beyond anything expected from a coach says something about you. Michael was a very late starter in baseball. He had no interest in even playing catch until mid 2009. He joined his first team a few months later, which included you and Ed as coaches. Most of the kids in that league had been playing baseball for several years. He made some great plays last season and became better each week. In our current season, the improvement continues. He understands the game more, throws better, runs bases better and is batting nearly 500, #5 on his team! You guys know how to get the best from these boys, both in their physical abilities and overall development in their character. We sincerely thank you and highly recommend you as coaches and trainers”.

“When we started working with Full Potential Sports for baseball there was little confidence in my son's baseball game. He is 10 years old with great "potential".

Full Potential Sports Trainers are providing a great experience for my son. Our son needed development in basic fundamentals to play and enjoy the game of baseball. This season he has shown great improvement in his skill sets. He is not only gaining better knowledge of fundamentals in baseball, but confidence in how to approach the game. He walks to the plate ready and waiting to swing at "good" pitches. He has made great catches by understanding how to move to get better position to catch pop flies or jumping and diving for balls to help his team. He has enthusiasm to go to practice and train with Coaches at Full Potential Sports Trainers and outside of practice.

He has a brother that plays high schools sports. His brother is really impressed with his development of his game this season. He stated, "He is going to be good". What a complement from a big brother...it makes little brother feel really great about himself.

The Coaches have instilled belief that he can play the game. He has fun but works hard to continue to improve.

Sometimes it's hard to find Coaches to give time and energy to players without focusing on a personal agenda. The Coaches at Full Potential look to help kids become better and stronger athletes and individuals. They speak to the kids about the importance of performing in school first and baseball comes second. How to be a team player and finding love for the game. This is a great experience we will never forget. We look for more great coaching in the future.

I want to take this time to thank you for working with RJ. I know that he is naturally a talented football player, but baseball was another thing. Your love for the game and knowledge really made a difference in his thought process. In the beginning he was not interested in baseball at all. I think this came from lack of coaching on his team. This is why I decided to ask you to take him under your wings. He really looked forward to working with you. I noticed after a couple of sessions with him the difference that you working with him made in his game. I am so thankful to have had you be a part of his growing process to see that other sports are fun as well. He also learned that to be a great athlete takes a lot of hard work and dedication. Thanks for your dedication to the game and to my son.
